Unless on holiday we only have a few on a Friday evening and a Saturday.  Definitely more than we should on both days. My wife feels a lot better in the mornings taking Myrkl tablets but for me I'm not 100% convinced, although I still take them. Will I keep buying them  - of course I will because they work for my wife.
