Worthwhile
4I do find that by taking a dose when I expect to have a heavier night or a few nights, it helps me during the evenings and I do sleep better and feel ok in the morning. I find taking this 2 or 3 days in a row does work well.

5I’ve suffered as I've gotten older even a couple and I would feel awful the next day, myrkl really helps and I can socialise now without the fear of being ill the next day, truly a great product!

Highly Effective
4I've been using Myrkl for nearly a year and it is as effective as it was when I first tried it. I take one tablet one hour before, and I combine this with an increase in my water intake. I wake up the next day feeling unaffected by the previous night.

3This did not really work for me. However I do not go out regularly. I bought a second pack and will try them again over Christmas and New year I will review again if I have a more positive outcome next time.

A very good product!
5These capsules were introduced to me a few months ago and are now a staple supplement. I would highly recommend these to anybody, but suggest the trial pack first.
