The day after post Work socialising

Currently, I'm regularly away with work - inevitably wherever I'm staying there are social events after work. This is where Myrkl has been a real help, allowing me to be ready and able the next morning to take on a full day's work. I've tried the trial pack, now on my first 30's pack, Myrkl is something I will be using to mitigate social-events for the foreseeable!

I do find that by taking a dose when I expect to have a heavier night or a few nights, it helps me during the evenings and I do sleep better and feel ok in the morning. I find taking this 2 or 3 days in a row does work well.
