4Taking Myrkl before it definitely aids in digestion and thus, in sleep quality. Works best for me if I take it at least four hours before.Â

Myrkl The Miracle
5Myrkl definitely helps me and I can tell the difference when I don't take them. Does the trick for sure. I always take these before & would recommended but might not work for everyone as we are all made differently
