4I don't drink much - but this seems to give me a better nights sleep after a couple of small glasses of wine - and clcohol at night usually disturbs my sleepÂ

I was sceptical but it works!
5I really didn't expect this to work but I feel like it definitely helps. I don't really suffer (one of the lucky ones) but my husband is really sensitive. These tablets have made a huge difference! He can now enjoy a special occasion without worrying about the next day.

Seems to help
5Definitely seems to help, as long as you don't go crazy. I use in tandem with other products for optimal results. Remember to take at least 3 hours before and have with food.

A Miracle!
5I was recommended this by my cousin. At first I didn’t believe but as I always suffered I decided to have a go. OMG! It was the best thing ever, I felt like a human being. I can’t recommend enough!

Better than expected
5Originally ill admit I thought this was a gimmick but I thought give it a chance. I am SO glad I did. I VERY much underestimated myrkl. After taking 2 of these prior (try at least a few hours before) to indulging I didn't really feel any effect...... Until the next morning came around! Now I ALWAYS have some to hand in case of emergency going ahead. Have used them quite a few times and each time they have helped a LOT.

Pretty good
4I'll stock up around busy social seasons like Christmas and festivals, and so long as I remember to take it in the afternoon it helps me feel fresher the next morning
